InstructorsSusie Klein, M.S., R.D. Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Physiology and Nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University, NYC. Registered Dietician (R.D.) through American Dietetic Association. Klein is a certified health fitness instructor (American College of Sports Medicine) and a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Denise Lowe, L.M.T. Denise Lowe is an instructor of Assessment and advanced
level massage courses for the Massage Therapy Program at the
Swedish Institute. She also teaches in the Personal Training
Program. Vincent Metzo, M.A., L.M.T., C.S.C.S. Master of Arts (M.A.) from New York University, in Exercise Physiology and Sport and Fitness Management. Graduate of Swedish Institute Massage Therapy Program. Metzo is Director of the Exercise Science/Personal Training Certificate Program and chair of the Western Science Department at the Swedish Institute. He holds or has held certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, American College of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise. Liz Neporent, M.A. Master of Arts (M.A.) from New York University in Exercise Physiology. She holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Neporent is also on the Board of Directors of the American Council on Exercise. William Palumbo, M.S., R.D., C.D.N. William Palumbo teaches Nutrition and Weight Management
in the Personal Training Program at the Swedish Institute.
