Schedule

The Personal Training Program consists of 415 hours for those who have not taken any anatomy or physiology classes. For students who meet the anatomy and physiology requirements (such as licensed massage therapists, acupuncturist or certain other allied health care professionals) the program consists of 160 hours taken two afternoons a week during the two 10-week terms.

Classes in the Personal Training Program meet two afternoons a week, from 1:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. The days vary each term; please see Program Schedule for dates for the upcoming term.

Prospective students who do not have a basic foundation in anatomy and physiology will need to take the following courses:

Anatomy and Physiology I

Myology and Kinesiology

Neurology

Anatomy and Physiology II

These classes can be taken through the Massage Therapy Program, wither prior to or concurrently with the Personal Training Program. Please see Program Schedule for details,
